1. How do I place an order? Orders can be place in three different ways: - You can place your order online in our 128-bit secure system. Our ordering system is secured to protect confidential information. We do not keep credit card numbers on file - By mail.Simply add the items you want to purchase into our online shopping cart. We accept all Visa,MasterCard,American Express, Discover, check, money order and PayPal payments. In the event a credit card does not process for any reason, we will void the order and notify the customer. When do you charge my credit card? Your credit card will get charged 24-72 hours after you place your order. We have a "Pre-pay" policy to protect ourselves from fraudulent orders. Consumers are able to order safety products through our website with complete security in mind. Our host secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, address, and order information, so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. How much will shipping cost? To calculate shipping, add the items to your cart and press "Update." Delivered prices will be shown. We have free shipping for our wild zoo kids furniture. The transit of all or our products will consist in 3-5 business days (don't count the weekends). This is for ground shipping. When is my product going to be shipped? Your product is going to be shipped when we have funds available.Back to the top of the page 7. What if my product is being delayed? Warehouse Plaza Shops cannot be held accountable for any shipper-related shipping problem, manufacturer shipping related problem, or incorrect information provided during checkout that leads to delayed delivery. As always, if we become aware of delays we will relay this information to you in a timely manner. If you place your order during a holiday, please be patient. Your order will be process and shipped the next day. All orders placed on Friday will be processed on MondayBack to the top of the page 8. Can I cancel an order? As soon as you place an order, the processing of that order begins. In the event you decide to cancel your order, you must notify us immediately. However, there is no guarantee that the order can be cancelled. We will attempt to cancel on your behalf, but be advised that if the process is already sufficiently underway, you will need to wait for the arrival of your order. We suggest you denny the shipment and return it. Merchandise must be in their original boxes and properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping. The products must be returned in new, resalable condition and must include all packaging materials. Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged. All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked. Returns without prior authorization will be refused. Orders cancelled after 24 hours that have been charged, but not yet shipped, will incur a $5.00 handling fee which we are required to pay our credit card processing company. Please note the return authorization number (RA number) can only be issued by the manufacturer. All returns are subject to cancellation, transportation, handling and 20% restocking charge. Be sure to include your zip code and the zip code where the item is being shipped. To pay by check or money order, simply add the items you want to purchase into our online shopping cart. Click the "View Cart" button and type in your name and address. Just remember your product will not be shipped until we have the funds available.Back to the top of the page. 10. What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged? In the rare situation that you experience damage in your shipment, please be sure to note it on the delivery paperwork you sign and contact us as soon as possible. If the carton is obviously severely damaged, please refuse the shipment from the freight company. We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out. We will take the quickest route to remedy the situation. In the event a replacement is delivered to you before original shipment is returned, you are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item. Failure to return the damaged item will cause us to charge your credit card for the non-returned item.Back to the top of the page 11. What is the Cancellation Policy? If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, there is not a charge for the cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance.Back to the top of the page 12. What is the Return Policy? Generally on all items the return policy is that you are responsible for round trip freight if your product has already been shipped. Please contact us and we will assess your situation. A 20% re-stocking fee is also deducted from your refund. Please be careful when ordering your product and let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the right one for your situation. Sorry we cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise. Any returns must be in their original packaging. Items will not be authorized for return after 15 days from the delivery date.
