Return Policy


Before returning any items you must notify us by e-mail to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request a  (RMA) you must notify us to: support@warehouseplaza.com. Returns without prior authorization will be refused.


Merchandise must be returned within a period of 15 days to 30 days from receipt of the order. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. No returns if damadge, scratched, lack of original package or if merchandise has been used.

You will not receive any credit or refund if you fail to first obtain an RMA. All return items have 20% restocking fee imposed by the manufactures.


 All sales are final on sale items. 

All products are inspected in the factory and prior to shipment as well as the defective merchandise is subject to inspection prior the credit is being issued.  All return items must be in their original condition and packing. Must include all packaging materials, carefully packed to avoid damage in shipping. Otherwise, additional charges may be applied. All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked. 

We cannot guarantee refunds for damaged returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will still be deducted from your return refund. There are no refunds on Shipping and Handling Charges.

We cannot guarantee refunds if you ship the merchandize to the wrong Manufacture or if the items are lost. We cannot guarantee refunds if you fail to fill this form correctly with all the details that we need. We cannot guarantee refunds if you fail to provide tracking numbers or proof of delivery.

Ship your item using UPS or any service where we can track it. Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save it and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you just change your mind on an item and have been shipped, just refuse your order and ask the shipper to return it. Immediately email us at: support@warehouseplaza.com for a refund. (20% restock charge and shipping will apply) 

Warehouse Plaza’s liability for damaged merchandise ceases when the shipment is accepted by a common carrier. The consignee should carefully inspect all merchandise and if damage or shortage is evident, the consignee should refuse acceptance until an agent of the carrier indicates on the delivery receipt the nature and the extent of the damages or shortages.

All claims for damages or shortages should be made directly to the carrier upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account.

1. I understand that I am responsible for shipping charges to me and shipping charges back to Warehouseplaza.com. I understand that even if I was not charged for shipping originally, shipping did have some cost, and that cost is non-refundable.

2. I understand that the product(s) I am returning must be in the original packaging, and must arrive in an unused and resalable condition.

3. I understand that I must have the items boxed up with my tracking number clearly displayed on all boxes.

4. I understand that a customer service representative from Warehouseplaza.com will contact me to further discuss my return request.

5. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs and 20% restocking fee. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, customer will pay for  the shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will still be deducted from your return refund. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy.
